Located on the 1st floor (no lift), this fully-equipped flat is 65 square meters, has a balcony and can accommodate up to four people.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

What's more, just a 3-minute walk away you'll find the Savoy field, where you'll find the ESF ski school and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère gondola. And if you want to explore other ski areas, there are buses right outside the residence that will take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches.

By staying in this accommodation, you will have the advantage of being right next to the activities organised by the resort, restaurants, cinema and shops.

## Emplacement

The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
