There was a problem at check in due to us booking with Hotels.com but it was worked out. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was almost empty and couldn’t get it out. Other than that all was okay.

Nice place to stay. Quiet, convenient to interstate, comfy beds, decent breakfast options. The corners of the bathroom looked a little dirty, but otherwise clean. It was just prior to college graduation weekend and the lobby was decorated in Illinois colors which was a nice touch! We’d stay there again if ever in the area.

The service by staff was excellent. Convenient location to attend the commencement. Clearly overpriced as they know people will pay. Breakfast was ok for the two days of the commencement. Not great but adequate. The breakfast on the day after was terrible. Poorly stocked with few choices. Hence a rating of 3 ... Maybe 2.5

Breakfast very mediocre. Eggs with peppers and some thin boiled bacon like stuff were warm items. Had sign by door for complimentary snacks. Only thing there was salt for empty popcorn stand and an empty cake stand . Room was quiet other than noisy fridge. Microwave on top of fridge may cause fridge to keep running to cool off? Staff were helpful.

Outdoor side entry key swiper did not work Bathroom needs updated. Mold on wallpaper and bathtub looked dirty. We won’t stay here again.
