The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Prior to checking out, please place all used sheets and pillow cases on beds. Place all used towels, and wash cloths in the laundry room on floor.
Wash and return dishes and utensils to their original spot. Use provided cleaning supplies and wipe down counters, table, stove, and microwave. Clean grill and flat grill ($50 charge) if left unclean.
Please take out all trash from kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and place it in the dumpster at the driveway entrance. If you had a pet, please clean up any waste in the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
