The villa boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests in beds, with additional sleeping space for 2 guests on a sofa in the playroom, for a total capacity of 12 guests. A breathtaking infinity pool and spacious outdoor areas complete the setting, providing the perfect environment to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.

Layout
Beach Rock spans across two elegant levels. On the ground floor, youll discover the open-plan living and kitchen area, alongside all five luxurious bedrooms, and the lower floor features a playroom, and laundry room.
All bedrooms include COCO-MAT mattresses, SONOS Bluetooth speakers, self-controlled A/C, floor-to-ceiling closets, office desks, and direct pool access with stunning sea views.

This was the most amazing property! The design of the house was so neat, it is built into a rock cliff, which provides amazing views of the beach and sea. BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS! It has a very modern and sleek feel. Because of the long design, every room has STUNNING views! The property has so many spaces to sit and hang out, both inside and outside. The rental is fully stocked with kitchen items, and the host was kind enough to leave snacks and fruit when we arrived. The rental has a very luxurious feel, with high end linens and towels. SO CLEAN and it was cleaned daily, which was a very nice touch. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and worked around our schedule. The host was very reachable and eager to answer all of our questions. She also arranged for phenomenal dinner reservations and provided several recommendations for things to do in the area! It was very nice have Etouri concierge available as well. It is located in a very quiet area. You have direct access to a beach, it was so nice to be able to walk down and swim, and then walk right up to the property when done. There is a waterfront restaurant right around the corner with great views, good food (mostly seafood), and kind wait staff. Location is about 20-30 minutes to old town, but a very easy and doable drive! I can’t recommend this property enough. It was the most incredible VRBO my family has rented.
