Design
Spanning 180 m2, Inspiration House is a ground floor property comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests in its 3 en-suite bedrooms. The choice of materials aligns with the minimalist mood, as engineered plaster walls, hand-crafted made-to-order wooden furnishings, industrial design, and forged cement floors and surfaces come together to shape this exceptional space. Enhancing the ambiance of the space, discreet LED light strips beneath the furniture, coupled with strategically limited ceiling lighting, contribute to a more inviting and energizing atmosphere. The continuity of the forged cement floors inside and outside the house, along with the large sliding frames, serves to reinforce this design direction. Our architectural vision was to create an uncluttered yet meticulously detailed space, preserving its fundamental essence. Our triumph lies in transcending material possessions, making way for lifes true treasures: cherished moments shared with loved ones. Indulge in an escape to our adults-only villa, where sophistication meets tranquility, offering breathtaking views and exclusive amenities and revel in the stunning vistas of Souda Bay and the mesmerizing sunset views in the horizon.
Layout
To enter the villa, a code must be entered on the keypad, triggering the electric door to open automatically, granting access to the open-plan space that welcomes abundant sunlight through the glass sliding doors, ensuring effortless indoor-outdoor transition.
The living room boasts a thoughtfully designed built-in COCO-MAT sofa, with meticulous attention given to the entertainment facilities. A movie projector, high-end Dolby surround wall-mounted sound system, subwoofer, and 2 SONOS Bluetooth speakers combine to offer an unforgettable audiovisual experience. For added convenience, electric roller blinds can be utilized to provide natural shade without obstructing the scenic views, while ceiling fans and an air conditioning system are also available to ensure comfort throughout your stay.
The single-wall kitchen showcases open wooden shelves and an adjacent floating concrete dining table for 6, accompanied by wooden benches.
Last but not least, each of the 3 bedrooms in Inspiration House is furnished with a 1.60 X 2.00 built-in concrete bed, complemented by a mattress, top mattress, pillows, bed linen, bathrobes, and slippers from COCO-MAT. Additionally, you will find a 50 QLED TV, an open closet, A/C, and a ceiling fan, providing both comfort and convenience. Moreover, each bedroom offers direct outdoor access and stunning views of the surrounding area. Furthermore, every bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a cabin featuring an overhead shower, double sinks, and MOLTON BROWN amenities.
Finally, the villa provides a wide range of fitness equipment to support your workout routine, including:

Exterior
From the parking area, a staircase cuts through a serene body of water, guiding you to the pool terrace and the main entrance of the property. The outdoor area, sprawling over 1,000 m2, is meticulously landscaped using rocks, various types of cacti, cement, gravel, natural sand, banana trees, and tree trunks, creating a harmonious and inviting environment. The outdoor area boasts a range of amenities, including:
- A private, ecological 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.50 m deep. The pool area features two concrete platforms, each equipped with a double day bed and an umbrella for shade. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- A concrete counter with a wooden shelf beneath, offering a charcoal BBQ grill, mini fridge, and sink.
- A floating concrete dining table that accommodates 10 guests.
- A fire pit surrounded by 6 bean bag loungers for ultimate relaxation.
- An in-ground built-in cushioned seating area for comfort and gatherings.
- An outdoor shower column and a WC.
- A utility room equipped with a washer/dryer.
- Ample parking space for up to 3 cars.
Important Accommodation Note:
* Inspiration House primarily caters to adults, as there are not adequate safety measures designed for children under the age of 6.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
