We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us.

The house is equipped with the latest and best whole house water filtration system providing the cleanest and safest water which includes water softener filter, charcoal filter, sediment filter, salt filter ultraviolet light filter combined with the same smaller system in each kitchen giving you the best water available.

The property offers safe and secure parking right at the front gates of the home with 24/7 security cameras. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy!
