The Space: Welcome to your home on historic 493 King Street, set on the second floor of a charming building above Sewing Down South—featured on Southern Charm. Step outside and you’re instantly surrounded by Charleston’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife, all just moments from your door.

Inside, the suite opens to a bright, open living space designed for relaxing and spending time together. A cozy seating area surrounds a 60” Smart TV with popular streaming apps, while the queen sleeper sofa offers extra flexibility for guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes mornings easy and shared meals a joy.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and Smart TVs for added comfort. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has convenient access to a full hallway bathroom. For longer stays, enjoy the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Parking: A $20/day parking pass is available by request. Please contact our concierge at least 24 hours before arrival with your name, suite number, vehicle details, and dates needed. Your pass will be waiting in the unit. Kindly park only in designated spaces and display your pass to avoid towing or booting.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
