The hotel was up to the usual Hilton standards. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Toni, the graveyard-shift front-desk person. Only two recommendations: Make parking and the morning breakfast “buffet” complimentary for guests.

We picked this hotel because of the water marina view from some of the rooms which was perfect for our 3 night stay there. It is also located within a 10-15 minute drive to the French Quarter of Charleston. Note that there are no real dining options nearby and you will need a car to reach many of the restaurants. There is a grocery store just down the street which was convenient to get some drinks/snacks. Also the entrance to the hotel is located on a road that does not allow you to make left hand turns on exiting the premises. So getting to and from the hotel was a bit awkward (must drive down the street and circle back to head in the opposite direction.)

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Has a nice rooftop bar. Excellent staff. The only negative thing is the food in their restaurant is not very good at all. I would stay again.

Location was great. Marina is beautiful. Stuff is not overly friendly. There are multiple elevators and that can get confusing. I didn't like paid parking. I feel it could be compensated with free breakfast. We got room with hwy view even hotel wasn't busy. It is bad advertisement/policy for guests.

We walked to the historic district even though it’s 35 minutes away. It was great weather and we discovered lots of places along the way. The hotel itself was immaculate and has such great staff that are so very helpful. The pool is small but nice for a few laps to cool off.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The location was ideal for our needs. We were in walking distance from a great restaurant, our view was incredible, we were no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go, the lobby was beautifully decorated and smells amazing and our room was very clean. The only down side was the room was rather small, the bathroom and shower were extremely small and the mattresses left a lot to be desired.

Nope. Just Don't Go There.

It was horrible from the start. Check out the view. It's the rooftop which I assume was the HVAC system with standing (moldy) water. This room should be a storage and should no be sellable. Since it was a holiday weekend, they said they could not move me. Other rooftp views via the hallway were covered up. This was a total disrespect and a money grab.
