Disappointment

We had a reservation for a King in the Enclave. With VIP access it should have included a complimentary bottle of wine, late check out, etc. We we arrived we were directed to the Vendue building for check in saying our room had been moved. Why ?? Could this be a result of a 3rd party booking? -- AND the fact evelavtor in the main building was out of service during our entire stay. We had to walk up & down to our 3rd floor room. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenince -- not even a drink or food credit at the bar. The staff is very friendly -- but did not express any concern about the inconvenience. We have stayed at the Vendue/Enclave may times and were most disappointed.

Location, location, location. That’s really all that was noteworthy. We were not impressed with the overall cleanliness which was lacking especially in the bathroom. Expected more given the cost and will likely not return.
