Charleston on ainutlaatuinen kaupunki, joka on täynnä historiaa, charmia ja vieraanvaraisuutta. Seuraavan kerran kun vierailet Charlestonissa, saat henkilökohtaisen kokemuksen asumalla paikallisen tapaan. Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee St. Philip Street sydämessä kaunista ja historiallista keskustaa Charleston.

Vain korttelin päässä King Street -yläosasta, kaupungin kuuluisan ravintola- ja yöelämäalueen uudesta keskustasta. Nauti Charlestonin parhaista paikallisista ruokailumahdollisuuksista, joissa on Hominy Grill, Five Loaves Café, Two Boroughs Larder, The Tavallinen ja Ruokakauppa. Kaikki sijaitsevat 3 korttelin päässä vuokrauksesta. Tämä upea kulttuurikaupunki tarjoaa myös gallerioita, museoita, upeita kirkkoja, kuljetusretkiä, upeita ostosmahdollisuuksia, ja ranta on vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Tämä vuokra nukkuu mukavasti 4 henkilöä ja voi nukkua 5. Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, toisessa parisänky ja toisessa täysikokoinen sänky. Makuuhuone täysikokoisella sängyllä on pieni, mutta siinä on tilaa matkalaukkujen lataamiseen ja siinä on pieni vaatekaappi. Olohuoneessa on futon, joka taittuu täysikokoiseksi sänkyksi, jossa viidesosa voi nukkua.

Edellytyksenä on KAKSI ilmaista pysäköintitilaa, jotka sijaitsevat suoraan vuokrauksen edessä.
Autonvuokrauksessa suosittelemme varaamaan taloudellisen koon pysäköintiin.

Taloustavaroihin kuuluvat mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, kahvisuodattimet, jääkaappi, leivänpaahdinuuni, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja -lauta, astiat, wc-paperi, paperipyyhkeet, roskakorit, shampoo, hoitoaine ja saippua.

Vähintään 2 yön oleskelu.
Perjantai- ja lauantai-illat on varattava yhdessä.
Hinnat perustuvat vuodenaikaan ja tapahtumiin.
Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu klo 16.00, uloskirjautuminen klo 11.00.
Ota huomioon nämä ajat matkaa suunnitellessasi, koska emme tee poikkeuksia varhaiseen sisäänkirjautumiseen tai myöhäiseen uloskirjautumiseen.

Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta College of Charleston. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja parvekkeen.

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and it was perfect. It was small, which worked for us, but I wouldn’t stay here with more than a couple and a young child. Everything was within a 30 minute walk, so the location was ideal for us. Two off-street parking spots were available right in front of the unit, though we didn’t need them. The hosts were incredibly responsive. The toilet clogged our first morning and they answered my message right away. It was fixed before we got back from sight seeing that afternoon.

Great place. Walking distance from everything! About a mile from Charleston market and all the amenities around there! Bed was comfy, plenty of room for 2 people, kitchen had everything you would need. Easy and quick responses from the management team. We absolutely LOVED this place and our trip. Highly recommend!

The stay was great! The place was warm and welcoming as soon as we got there. Initially, someone was parked in our spot and the shower wouldn’t get warm, but I communicated with the property manager over text and both issues were quickly resolved with quick communication on their part. Loved being right off of King Street and having the cute little porch to chill out on in the mornings with coffee and a good book. The unit is on the lower level and so we could hear the people above, but it wasn’t really an issue for us, but it may be for light sleepers.

Weekend in Charelston

Communication with property company was excellent! Bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the noise machine in the bedroom. Stocked kitchen although we didn’t use too much of it. Nice that they provided coffee pods for us and also a bottle of wine. We appreciated that.

Cute condo in prime location!

This condo was exactly what we needed for a weekend girls trip. The space was quaint and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and they even greeted us with a bottle of wine - how sweet! Location was walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Only con was that it was pretty loud at night due to street traffic and people walking by but they equipped the room with a noise machine which was helpful. I’d definitely recommend!

Owners were easy to communicate and work with. Great Location. I drove a GMC Sierra Truck...tight parking, but I was ok in my Truck. The Unit is close quarters...but, worked fine for our group of 2.

Great location!

The apartment was very clean and just the right size for us. We could not have chosen a better location. Just 1 block from King Street, the main road of Charleston. Just minutes to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.

You can’t beat the location! Though the space is smaller than it appears, it really was all we needed for a wedding in Charleston. We were also able to check in early which was great so we could go out and start exploring. Highly recommend!

Small but Doable

The apartment worked fine for the three of us. Sisters and a daughter who are very comfortable around each other. The owner is very up front about what you are getting. The location is close to downtown, although we never walked, it was way too hot (we were there in June). There are two bedrooms and one closet in the larger bedroom, the main room has a love seat and a chair, no coffee table. The floors are cobblestone so bring a pair of flip flops to wear around the house when you get out of bed. It would have helped if we had hooks to hang things, there were lots of spaces where these could be added. The only issue we ran into was there were a group of women staying upstairs. When they walked around, you could easily hear their footsteps and talking. Before the girls got there, there was a family upstairs and we didn't hear anything. You just might ask if the upstairs is rented. I don't know if I would stay here again, I might look for a place with a few more amenities, but the price was right and you get what you pay for.

Ok but needs a lot of TLC

First of all, the location is great. Close the restaurants and shops. It has 2 parking spots assigned to the unit but if your car is bigger than a midsize sedan or small SUV don't bother. Super tight and hard to get in and out. The unit is super small. The bathroom sink is so small when you wash your face you get water all over the floor. Used the kitchen sink after first time. The furniture is terrible, dresser that the drawers are hard to open and close and the knobs have really long screws inside that could snag your clothes if you are not careful. The rest furniture looks like garage sale cast offs. No mirror in the main bedroom?? Only the bathroom mirror and 1 hanging on the 2nd bedroom door. The bathroom shower had mold on the walls, yuck!! Very loud as well. Sounds like elephants are walking around upstairs and you can hear every person who walks by outside. No cable, only a roku, If you have not used one before there are no instructions. Really too bad because it could be super cute with a little effort and TLC.
