Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom waterfront condo—perfect for a peaceful getaway. This spacious first-floor corner unit offers an open and inviting layout with extra living space to spread out and relax.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and ample closet space, while the full bathroom includes a modern vanity and a large walk-in shower.

The open-concept living area offers cozy seating surrounding a gas fireplace, with plenty of room for up to six guests, along with a convenient dining nook. A well-equipped kitchenette featuring a mini fridge and two-burner stovetop makes light meal preparation easy. For additional sleeping space, a queen sofa bed is also available.

Step outside to your private walkout patio and enjoy scenic views of Round Lake as boats drift by—it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the waterfront atmosphere.Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime views of the drawbridge and unbeatable access to downtown Charlevoix. You’ll be just a short walk from local dining, beaches, shops, and galleries.

Each unit at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a one-of-a-kind experience with every stay. Guests can enjoy amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a guest laundry facility, and a pool—featuring an indoor section open year-round, while the outdoor section is available from May through October.

We’ve been staying at the Edgewater for over thirty years. We love Charlevoix. First time staying in this room. Nicely decorated. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Room was on the lower level and close to the door to parking lot. We will try to book this room again for next year. Very quiet.

Sounds like the hot tub does not work often. I called ahead to make sure things were in working condition due to this rental was a gift for someone and I was told yes everything was good! Well, when my family checked in they were told the hot tub was not working. They shouldn’t advertise a hot tub especially in the winter. Very disappointed!!
