The house features an open floor plan with the living room space sharing a gorgeous common area. The kitchen comes well equipped with a coffee bar, including a Nespresso and frother. Custom built dining table that seats 8. A dreamy outdoor patio and a movie room that brings the cinema and snacks to you! The property was exactly as described and the pictures presented an actual view of the home. The host was responsive and we had no major problems or concerns. I do have a few suggestions that would have made the stay even more like home. 1. Improve the water pressure in the main showers. (Remove the pressure regulator or upgrade the shower head)2. Add a towel rack in the main bath. 3. Make the garage available. Otherwise everything was as expected. Great property and my family was very pleased. We make this trip annually and if available will plan to book this property for our next visit. Thanks

The location of this home is excellent to getting places. The cleanliness of the home was disappointing. We did not have hot water for the first 24 hours. When inquiring about it we were told that it should be working. Magically we had hot water the next day. The floors were so dirty that when we put a 4 year old child down to run barefoot, her feet were black within minutes. The foosball table that is advertised was broken and non usable. There was only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towel because what was advertised was not there. The freezer door handle was broken. The dining table had a damaged leg so it wobbled. Sheets and blankets were thrown in closets. I was disappointed with that meaning they were not clean. We had a wedding close by and rented several homes and this home was nice but could use some professional management. I did message the owner and let them know of the concerns but did not get a response. I hope the cleanliness improves for the price charged for this home.

Family Gathering

6 of our family members gathered to visit our nephew in Fort Mill. He was supposed to play drums for a band, but the gig got canceled due to weather. The house was excellent for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was perfect. (Our only suggestion was to put a mat in the shower in the shared bathroom downstairs for safety reasons. It is pretty slippery.) An excellent house!!! Thanks for a great weekend!

Wedding Weekend

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my son’s wedding and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Charlotte. This property easily accommodated 10 adults comfortably! We have rented other VRBO properties that claim to sleep 10, but have bunk beds or pull out couches as sleeping options that really aren’t comfortable. The kitchen had all the gadgets and small appliances needed to make meals with plenty of storage to keep snacks. William was always very responsive when I had questions leading up to our trip. Renting this property helped to keep stress at a minimum during a very busy weekend. Again, I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Charlotte!

A PGA week to remember

The house was clean and large enough for 10 adults and 2 toddlers. It was conveniently located. There was an espresso machine and keurig and filter coffee maker. A very small electric grill plus a charcoal grill outside. Toaster, blender, everything needed for the week. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The owners were great communicators too. We would stay there again if we go to Charlotte again.

We had 7 people staying for a family wedding in Charlotte. The house was spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet area but close enough to get to restaurants and attractions like the Billy Graham library. William was vey responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Spacious house

We enjoyed this home very much. There are large rooms including a large kitchen which is nice when several adults are working. The upstairs is great for kids and we so much enjoyed the yard - large in front and back - for games of chase and baseball. The manager was very responsive and courteous.

Large Home Near Restaurants/Shops

We were drawn by the size of the home and the game/movie room upstairs as it was one aduly and two 12 year olds. It also appeared to be in a good location - not too far from shops, restaurants, Great Wolf Lodge - all perfect for a 3 night getaway. I would not describe the home as overly clean. Our feet and socks were black after walking around the home the first night. The first morning I grabbed a baking pan and it still had encrusted food on it. There was also some garbage/recycling jn the garage when we arrived which I placed in the trash can before we left. We never heard from the property manager during our stay nor did I reach out to them. In each moment it just didn’t seem worth it to reach out as we mainly just slept in the home and it wasn’t the biggest deal (just little things here and there). The game table was something we were looking forward to. The girls had fun with the pool table topper and the foosball table topper. There was not a ball to play ping pong. The TV remote in the master suite didn’t work - even with new batteries. The game room TV remote didn’t have batteries when we arrived but I found batteries in the kitchen and then the remote worked perfectly. The master shower handle spins a full 360* so it was a little tricky to figure out the temperature and how to turn it off fully (had to put the handle in the exact millimeter position to turn it off). With some attention to detail this could easily be a 10-out-of-10.

Little touches mean a lot

An extremely clean and well appointed home. It was so nice to have some little extras like Luxury hand soap, packets for the dishwasher and washing machine, and even an extra roll of toilet paper. Sounds simple, but having to run to the store for one of those things Would have put a kink in our relaxing weekend. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely come back.

Perfect for a work retreat

The location was convenient to plenty of attractions and restaurants. The home is beautiful with plenty of room and well kept/very clean. We were here for a small work retreat and the home allowed for plenty of privacy while still allowing us to come together to work as a group. I appreciated the wonderful and prompt communication with the host. I highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit anywhere near this area.

We had a wonderful visit to Charlotte and this house made the trip even better. The house is spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our group of friends. Stay during basketball tournament in Rock Hill

This place was amazing, and all pictures in listing are exactly what you see when you walk into the home. Our family was in the area for a basketball tournament for our son, and we could not have picked a better property! All were able to have their own rooms, and the home was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. One thing I look for in homes is the cleanliness, and this definitely gets 5 stars! The location was perfect and in a great area that was close to restaurants, grocery stores and all that we needed for the time we were there. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be booking again. 😊
