My room Air conditioner had mold, so they had to change our room, 1st floor ice machine leaking water from the bottom and the floor/carpet is soaked and wet don’t think no one realize it but the condition is not sanitary.

Lipstick on a pig.

We love Hyatt Place as a brand however this is a lipstick on a pig property. The room was dirty, loud parties going on, people yelling in the lobby, cars parked out front with music playing. I am guessing this was a lower tier hotel they a turning into a Hyatt Place however they shouldn’t change the name until the property meets the standards.

I love the room layout for king size rooms. Two elevator hotel with only one elevator working for 6/7 floors. Breakfast staff was rude and food took forever to come out due to one burning working. Security officer at night definitely was profiling which made my party feel very uncomfortable when we travels from out of town. My stay did not live up to the Hyatt reputation.

Great stay!

We had a really nice stay. I believe they were doing some renovations but it didn’t cause any issues. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and we slept really well. Breakfast was well stocked and set up, very clean. There was a bit of a funky smell in the bathroom, I think it was the shower drain but it wasn’t the worst and the shower worked great, no draining issues or anything. We had no issues with the hot water. I didn’t even mention the drain to management because it really wasn’t a big deal. For the price you can’t beat it and the staff seemed nice and helpful.

Did not get the room requested. Room was not clean. Elevator was broke. They gave us a smaller room not enough people to fit did not have any blankets to give us. Air conditioning worked poorly

Clean, modern. Busy but quiet. Decent price. They overbooked my reserved room for double beds but luckily we didn't need that much space. They just gave us a king with pull out. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was mediocre. Despite my mixed feelings, I'd stay again if going to the park with the family.
