Clean, staff was very helpful! My king room had a separate sitting area and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There’s a single cup coffee maker and coffee. The next time I need an inexpensive place to stay in Charlotte, I'm staying there.

The room was great. The hot water temp was amazing for the tub. The only issue was that the key didn’t work. I had a sprained ankle and walked all the way down to see about getting a new key and was told that if it didn’t work, I needed to turn the handle up right. It would have been appreciated to have been told that, just in case, before going up the first time.
