So first off, the staff were very nice, and the property was fine. There was an incident where police were waiting on a warrant for someone across from us all night and had a yelling match back and forth. The doors/walls were uncomfortably thin in that regard. That being said, the staff took care of us and provided a full refund for our stay due to the incident since we were unable to sleep. Not the best area of town, but that's what it's like in Charlotte. Hotel was pretty nice all things considered.

Bed was comfortable. Toilet was low to floor which made it difficult after just having knee surgery. Walls were paper thin. Could hear TV from room next door. Other than that everything was good. You get what you pay for.

Great staff!

Staff was amazing, went over and above a couple times to help us. We had a major leak and they immediately upgraded us to a suite and both desk managers we interacted with Javier and the young lady who worked on March 1st and 2nd were both top notch. Place is near some great eateries as well
