I wasn't allowed to check in the room I booked although I've already paid for it, and I did show up before the check in date of the next day, which I had already booked too. I was told by that owner guy, behind the window, to wait outside for 7 hours so I could check in (making me miss the 1st night of the 2 I booked)

This place was completely disgusting, there were so many unknown substances on the walls that it lit up like a Christmas tree when I put my black light on it. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and everything was falling apart or already broken. Trash was found from years ago still in the room.

This was the 2nd worse hotel I've ever been to, outside of an airport hotel in miami. For starters, airport transportation was advertised, but it's not available. There's even a shuttle with rodeway on it and the driver says they dont go there anymore. Cost an extra $40 that wasn't accounted for. Front desk staff has no personality. Seems to be immigrants just looking to get by. Toilet in the room wasn't working and it didn't even seem to surprise the staff. No trash bins in room, Water dripping in the shower. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Hotel is a joke it is the raggediest hotel in town and the people running it is as big a joke as the hotel. Worst money spent but s writhing else was booked then after I arrived they didn’t even have my reserved room

Surrounding the property is a bunch of garbage I checked into my room late, and the top deadbolt was completely broken off of the door. There was a poop in the toilet, multiple and sanitary things and I just didn’t feel safe.
