The Charlotte local train station is next door and all the city attractions

are within walking distance. The unit is fully fitted with a washing

machine, a flat-screen TV (No Cable, Netflix only), a sofa, and a closet.

There's also a dishwasher, oven and an electric teapot.



Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions

apply. Paid private parking is available on site at $ 20 /day (reservation is

needed).



A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking. The

During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation

as you would your own home and treat the equipment provided with respect and
