First room none of the 3 tvs worked. One had a cracked screen, one had volume issues the other had a blank screen. Second room toliet was clogged. One bathroom was completely out of commission. And the heat in unit didn’t work. Room was freezing. Needed extra blankets. Horrible stay

This property was horrible. I got there and my room had a little bit of a smell then there were stains on the couch, crumbs on the floor, a hole in the bathroom door and last but not least I found a I don’t if it was a roach or water bug but it was definitely a bug I woke up to. I decided to check out early and luckily I had a family member house could crash at.

My room smelled like cigarettes and the floors were sticky. The sheets were stained and there were stains on the bathroom doors. I hope it was chocolate and nothing else. I went downstairs to ask for another room but they only had 1 left in the other building which I declined because my other family members were staying in the 1st building. They did provide me with Lysol wipes and I cleaned the stains. It was nice there was a kitchen but there were no utensils, and no pots. Just 1 small knife and a small pan. The rooms are spacious and the plus side is the washing machines. They don’t do housekeeping and then don’t even stop by to throw the trash away. Would have been nice to get a discount or something for all the inconvenience.

When we arrived we found we didnot have any towels. I received a text message welcoming us and to respond back if anything was needed. I responded asking for towels. I also went down to the front desk and asked for towels. I was told they were in the laundry and i would receive them ehen done. I never received them. I reminded them in the morning when we left for competition and never received them. Also upon arrival there was a dirty towel left in the suite and all of the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher. Thank goodness i was overprepared and had brought plates, cups and utensils as well as our own towels. We ended up checking out early due to the circumstances

Room was in pretty bad shape. Floor was dirty and the doors had holes in them as though someone punched them. We came back from dinner to the police and fire department out in front of the hotel lobby arresting someone and then searching around the outside of the hotel. This was very unnerving. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing, accommodating to my needs. The hotel on the other hand needs a complete renovation. Rooms weren’t clean, furniture was stained dishes were used and not cleaned, smoke, mildew and other odors in the rooms (I was showed three rooms before leaving the property) and they have roaches in some rooms. I chose not to stay there and booked another stay else where.
