The original room I book was sold , The key entry was Down all weekend so staff had to let us in and escorted to our room to be unlocked with a master key , and the room I has was not very clean floors was dirty window unit was filthy with stuff from kids toys to snack wrappers to food definitely was not worth the money spent Staff was very helpful and polite

Room smelled like cigarettes felt like i smoked a whole pack of cigarettes when i left there and i dont even smoke. Even with a no smoking sign on the outside of the room. We went to the store and got air freshener and it didnt help.

There was a kick hole in the bathroom door, the faux leather chair leather was cracked and needed to be replaced. In my 3 day stay they never came to empty trash, sweep or refresh towels or anything. But they did let themselves in my room to ask if I would be checking out. It wasn't past check out time either.

I booked a night to see how it was and the booking went Smoothly. But the minute that I got there and I was getting ready to go to bed. There were roaches in the shower. There were mouse traps out in the open. The floors were sticky. It smelled like roach spray. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. When I pulled out the pull out there was blood all over.It and it smelled there was no sheets or covers.It was just a complete disaster all the way around.There was a hole on the bathroom door and walls. This was one of the worst stays that I have experienced all year long. Very disappointed in this extended stay. I will never recommend or go back. The front service staff was very polite and nice. Thank you tiana for being very understanding. But other than that terrible place do not go

My room key didn’t work I had to go back to to the front desk three times the front desk lady had to come and unlock my door get in the room and my room wasn’t clean bed covers on the floor had to go back to the front desk to get another room.
