So there was a kitchenette but it had no utensils, glasses, plates, or cutlery…these needed to be requested from reception and then brought up.
I spilled coffee in my room by accident, and there was no mop or cleaning service available…I was given literally about 10 paper towels to clean up myself.
In the bathroom, there were no essential toiletries except for a bar of soap…again these had to be requested.
Why not just provide all the amenities a customer needs rather than making them request each item especially when required? Plus they were under staffed with only one person available at the reception desk.
At least the guy in the morning at the reception was cool about letting me check out at 12.
