Gîte La Grange with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

La Moulinasse is a historic farmhouse near Ribérac and Aubeterre, restored into contemporary furnished gîtes while keeping its authentic rural charm. La Grange is a spacious gîte for up to 8 guests. It features a living area with open kitchen, dining and lounge zones, two bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub, washbasin and towel dryer, two separate toilets, two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm), and a bedroom with two bunk beds (four beds). Enjoy Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, underfloor heating on the ground floor, TV with DVD player (no TV channels), a furnished terrace, and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are included. A cot and high chair are available on request.

La Moulinasse is a historic farm located between Ribérac in Périgord Vert and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. The buildings have been restored as vacation cottages, furnished in a contemporary style while preserving authentic rural character. Old and new blend harmoniously. Each cottage has its own entrance and a fully equipped private terrace.



There’s plenty to do in the area—a tourist information corner is at your disposal—but you can also enjoy the property, its swimming pool, and the peaceful surroundings. For children of all ages, there are many play areas, including a playground, ping-pong table, trampoline, foosball, and pétanque court.



Dogs are welcome under certain conditions. Please inquire in advance. Parties are not allowed to ensure the peace and comfort of all guests.
