Updated Condo at Outermost Harbor. Enjoy amazing views of the famous Chatham sandbars or catch a glimpse of playful seals by the Marina from the private association beach. Take a lovely 1/4 mile walk through the dune pathway along the sandbar to Lighthouse Beach or to Monomoy Wildlife Refuge. Located steps away is the Outermost Marina (a Freedom Boat Club host) that offers shuttle service to North and South Beaches and seal tours. Take a pleasant one mile walk to town to visit the many shops and restaurants including the Chatham Squire, Wild Goose Tavern and Impudent Oyster, or stay put and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee on a rocker outside the front door. If not an early riser, you can take in a beautiful sunset while grilling and sipping a cocktail or just relaxing on the private back deck that is equipped with an Adirondack dining table and outdoor sofa. The Chatham Bars Inn and all its restaurants are approximately 1 mile away and just beyond that is the famous Chatham Fish Pier with delectable fresh and cooked seafood. The viewing deck is a great spot to watch the local fishermen bring in the day's catch and to observe the seals swimming about. This end unit with its large windows providing natural light and wonderful views is truly a fabulous location in which to explore Cape Cod.
