On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 features a luxurious super king bed, a sleek en suite shower room, and patio doors that open directly onto a private rear courtyard garden. Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space, making it easy to settle in. Bedroom 2 also has patio doors leading to the garden and includes a super king zip-and-link bed that can be separated into two singles upon request, offering flexibility for different guest arrangements. Like the first bedroom, it also includes built-in wardrobes. A modern family bathroom with a bath and shower is located nearby, along with a convenient utility cupboard housing a washing machine.

Upstairs, the large open-plan space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with all the essentials for cooking at home. Parking: Private allocated space for 1 car. Access is via a narrow lane and may be tight for larger vehicles. One additional parking permit is available for 5GBP per night for local on-street parking (Cheltenham Zone 10).
