Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, right on the river. Had an evening meal and breakfast there and the food was very good. Room was ok… bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit shabby… paint peeling off the walls, lots of black mould on the bottom of the shower door and it smelt of damp, probably due to the poor drainage of the shower.
