For additional sleeping arrangements, there are three double sofa beds on the ground floor, accommodating three more guests. One is in the living room, another in the open-plan dining space, and the third in the separate office room, which includes a toilet. Step outside to enjoy the lovely garden with a decking area that becomes a suntrap during the summer months. This outdoor space is ideal for alfresco dining with the BBQ.
