Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine, I would like to specially thanks to the front desk staffs as well as dining staffs specially Mr. Sameer SK who is very friendly and caring nature to all of its diners. Poor service

The service was very poor. There were no towels in the bathroom when I checked in. Asked for a plate, spoon and knife to be sent to my room and it took them about an hour to deliver the plate and spoon and I never got the knife. this after repeated follow up. The room was good. Very clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient. Gym was really good.
