Had the best time at this hotel better than the last few other places we’ve stayed at when going out of town. The man working the desk when we checked in and most of our stay was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was good every morning. The only little thing to complain about was the towels at the pool were barely big enough for the kids to use.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was located in a quiet area but close to restaurants, shopping, nature and the university. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hot breakfast was good every day we were there. The water was hot with good water pressure. We would stay again if in the area.

The property common areas were nice and clean. We had a great view of the river. However the elevator did not work and my 82 year old mom had a very hard time navigating the stairs. The staff was indifferent and unapologetic. Our room was not cleaned despite the placard in the room stating it would be cleaned daily. The fire alarm was beeping when we returned one day and was promptly fixed. Light bulbs were out in the room, also promptly fixed. The bathroom tub was leaking the entire time and was also dirty. The breakfast was great but eggs were not available. The breakfast attendant was very helpful. I would stay here again but not if the elevator was not working.

It was ok ,a little out dates and shows signs of wear scuff marks and scratched dresser. Limited breakfast options no microwave in dining area to warm the danish to help soften them up. Was there three nights and the last night the clerk was friendly all the others were not acted like they didn't want to be there . I probably will not stay there again. The indoor pool was great and the nice area to set out to watch to river run.

The elevator did not work and I was on the third floor, this happened after I arrived, no one offered to help carry luggage down on departure or move my room to another floor where it worked. I have stayed here numerous times and was very disappointed because of the elevator.

Our room was on the third floor but there was a lot of noise from doors slamming, thumping sounds and footsteps running. Since the room was at the end of the hallway and on the top floor I thought it would be quiet. We left a day early because we couldn’t get any sleep.

We liked most everything EXCEPT WIFI. I was there for 3 days and was not able to use WIFI. If you need Wifi this place is not for you. Other than that we had a great time!! I had to go to other locations to do my work.
