Beautiful Country Inn - Great for Dreams Park Groups near Cooperstown

Currently, we are not renting the entire property from November 1 until April 15th or when the weather warms up. Please reach out if you need single rooms before then with no cleaning fee. The owner lives on-site. Housekeeping is done at checkout, however, you may exchange linens as needed in the lobby throughout your stay.

12 Rooms, 21 total beds + pull-out couch all with private baths. Rates include breakfast served between 7:30 and 10 am each day. The Perfect place for Dreams Park Teams!

The Meadowlark Inn can be your home away from home. This listing is set up to accommodate groups with one point of contact as most weeks in the summer the entire place is booked by a Dreams Park team. If you are not seeing the dates you want or are not interested in the entire property, please contact us to discuss.

Nine of our guest rooms are in the front of the property facing the road. They each have two queen size beds equipped with memory foam mattress toppers for the most comfortable night's sleep, large private bath, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cable tv, DVD player, microwave, mini refrigerator, table, and two chairs. There are two entrances in each of these nine rooms - a front door and rear sliding glass doors that lead to a lounging deck. (rooms 1-9)

Two of our rooms have one queen size bed and all the same amenities listed above. Rooms 10 & 11 are in the back of the property with tile showers and have a single entrance.

We also have one private suite (room 12) - there is a living room (with queen size pull-out couch), dining area, kitchenette (with refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave), bedroom with queen size bed (equipped with memory foam), cable tv, DVD player, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and large bath.

• Great for families and friends traveling together: our lobby is perfect for family and friends to hang out and relax together! Also, a great place for people to be in the same space and stare at their individual phones on the very comfortable couches. It's just like your "home away from home"!

• Park-like backyard! take advantage of our beautiful backyard - We have an outdoor pavilion, complete with a living room, dining area, barbeque grills, and bar. Have your next party or family reunion at our inn! Make a delicious meal, enjoy activities such as horseshoes, laying in hammocks, ping pong, volleyball, croquet or play a game of baseball on our own private backyard baseball field.
