Overall I like this hotel. The only complaints I have is I wish the pillows were firmer and I wish there were more tv channels. Other than that, it was good. I’d stay again.

Upon arrival, the room was assigned and it had animal food on the floor. The bathroom also had blood on the floor. I advised hotel staff that room was not clean and told that the room housekeeping was not available in the evenings. I had to wait till the next day, no offer was made to move me to a different room. Heating in the room did not work and maintenance had to come to the room multiple times to fix the heating/ac unit.

I liked the whole experience the staff was great always friendly willing to assist you with a smile.The rooms was clean and updated the environment was quiet and peaceful. I would choose this hotel everyday if I could.
