The room was amazing. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We could not get our air conditioner to work. I am always cold so I just wanted the air to be a little cooler. I put it all the way to 65 and we were hot throughout the night. Our smoke detector went off at 5:45 am. We thought it was for the entire hotel but it was just our room. We told the lady at the front desk and she ignored us. I guess we just had the room from hell! We always love BW, hoping this was an isolated case.

Room was clean and comfortable. It would be nice to have a microwave or toaster in the breakfast area. Breakfast options were good, just would have been nice to warm up the rolls or biscuits.
