Our 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished and perfect for anyone who just wants to settle in and feel at home. You’ll find a cozy bedroom, clean and simple bathroom, full kitchen, and a relaxed living room — all set up with comfort in mind.



The Space:

Our unit is on the second floor (stair access only), with a comfy living area that has a sofa and TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Wi-Fi’s included and works great throughout the space.



The kitchen has the basics for home cooking—stove, oven, fridge, and a dining table if you’re staying in for a meal. The king-sized bed is soft and inviting, and the bathroom is private, tidy, and stocked with essentials.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the vibrant Lake View neighborhood, this location offers a blend of urban convenience and residential charm. Cats are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet. Cats may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.



Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.
