Missing furniture we booked for.

Check in was great. Smooth. Upon arriving to our king suite that we booked with a pull out couch, there wasn’t a couch. It was 2 banquet chairs. When we went to the desk to complain, the girl was very polite but said her manager wasn’t there. I asked when they would be. By that time we would have been gone, so I asked to leave a message and the girl said he wasn’t likely to call me back. I asked if I could email him. She gave me his card. We stayed a week ago and have not received a response at all. We have stayed here multiple times. This was incredibly disappointing, but to be missing furniture that we specifically booked for was unacceptable. Sounds like the check in girl also had been a shift manager and never said a word to us either.

I like the hotel it’s very convenient for my job but I don’t like is that I’m only able to check in between 430 and 5:30 AM and I have to pay early check-in fee of $60. If not, I have to sit around the hotel until 3 PM until checkout time.

My room was really uncomfortable. Bed was ok. Ac was super loud. I was appalled by lack of updates. Never able to work because wifi was available. Tvs so dated couldnt due even Netflix because of lack of tv channels. Overall just uncomfortable.
