When i arrived to the hotel, they told me they were overbooked and sent me to another hotel which was more than half a mile away. It was the marathon’s weekend so i left my car in the parking lot and i had walk with the luggage. The front desk promise to take care of the parking to compensate the inconvenience. The next day after running the marathon i walked back to pick up my car, stopped by at the Courtyard to get the fee paid for the parking, and they did not want to do it. The staff in this hotel is not very helpful, do not care much about the customers. I did my reservations several months in advance.

My 3 kids and I spent one night and the room was very large for Chicago (2 queen beds). Everyone in the front lobby were so friendly. The rooms were clean. They stored our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out so we could spend two full days in Chicago. The kids used the pool at night and it was perfect.
