Well done renovation and the rooms are even bigger than appear.One thing was the double booking and request to change our location given while we were retraveling was needlessly stressful and we were all going to a funeral and caused wasted time checking out the other locations suggested when we were with the people whose mom had died the night before at their house, and then it was not needed anyway. It's a 4th floor walk up which was not made totally clear. The ground floor is 0 and one flight up is 1, which is the European way. This gave us a lot of exercise, which we need, and it made the street noise non-existent and made for such a sound sleep, so not all bad. It's on the very end of Oak Park so beyond walking distance to the others who were staying in Oak Park. There was smell of smoke from other apartments which some in our group didn't like. Only 2 half rolls of toilet tissue in whole unit, so had to get more. The water with extremely good pressure and very hot. However, overall, really pretty and comfortable place and extremely updated with new furniture etc. and VERY clean.
