It was a “non smoking” property but room smelled so much like smoke and we tried getting a different room and they said every single room smelled like smoke.

TV stopped working around midnight and the rooms next to mine were very loud, they played music so loudly that it drowned out the TV, when it was on. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and ants everywhere. The beds are on metal platforms that make creaking noises with the slightest movement. I had to change my original room because the smell in it was so bad. I don't like to give bad reviews but honestly I would NEVER stay here again. I would sleep in my car before booking a room here.

Had to wait for the receptionist. The bathroom door handle was broken. The door entry lock was a keychain lock, I'm assuming the deadbolt didn't work. There was light that came above the curtains from the outside parking lot.

The place wasn't bad and the area itself was close to quite a few places to shop. The only main thing I didn't like was the very strong cigarette odor in the room. Even though there were signs outside the door that said no smoking, there were ash trays in the room which I feel like is a horrible idea.

So staff was very helpful and room was nice but I think for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. The Jacuzzi tub took forever to be filled and the water was cold by the time we got in and also the bed was way too squeaky with just laying in it. God forbid someone was there on their anniversary. Overall probably a 3.5 star.

I reserved a room the night before I made this booking and was checked in but when I came back the day after, with the same lady at the service desk, I showed her my itinerary and she looked at it and told me that they only book through Expedia but on my phone with the itinerary, it said that specific hotel took Expedia and hotels.com, which is what I booked through. That costed me a room for the night and I didn't get a chance to stay in it. Bad customer service from one person can give the hotel a bad image in my eyes.
