I was up all night. Was going to ask for another room but I got in late and didn't want to re-pack. Room was along side a highway with bumps/potholes and I'm pretty sure it was the constantly rotating airport shuttle (every 20 min I think) that was making most of the noise. And that's with a white-noise maker against my ear and earplugs. ugh.

Property is good and clean. Good breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. I don’t like having to pay 24.00 a night to park on premises when I’m already paying to stay at the hotel. This should be a courtesy since your customers are bringing you business. I may look for another place to stay due to this unnecessary fee.

Hotel itself is good, and most staffs are good too with one exception though. I had terrible encounter with this person named Joma working at the front desk. Joma was rude and indifferent. She ignored Hampton Inn check-in protocol altogether, for example, she assumed I was a walk-in customer, she didn't bother to look up my reservation. After she found my reservation in the system, she didn't bother to inquire if I was a Hilton Honor member. After check-in, when I asked her for complementary bottled water like other Hampton Inn facilities did through my trip, she became combative and informed me this Hampton Inn did not honor such protocol. This individual should not be working at the front desk interfacing Hampton Inn customers and Hilton Honor members.
