They painted the elevators which got my wife and I sick and we had to leave for 8 hours until they finished and air was clear. Then they started painting the next day and we had to leave 3 hours early before checkout. No customer notice was given about the painting and fumes.

I stay 2 nights and go no room service. I paid $30 a night for parking, not horrible, but I wasn't aware at booking. I also had to repair the toilet They also rented their lot for container storage, which resulted in an early, lengthy, noisy pick up just below my room window. The facility was nice, but I was not happy with the parking lot side business! I have a photo of the shipping containers and the room sign with their daily room service commitments, but the "add a photo" isn't working.

Stayed one night. They do charge $50 for incidentals (like usual) but they only return $25 because they charge $25 to park. Just an fyi bc we didn’t know that. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Super disappointed, My wife has chosen another hotel but I insisted for Hampton. There is an unexpected fee you need to pay at the desk, The water in toilet and sink doesn’t flash well, Takes a while to drain out, The bed is super uncomfortable and noisy, and besides the poor soundproofing made us listen to the snore snd moan from next room all night along, The shower head is terrible, pointed too close to the wall and can not be adjusted at all, breakfast is on cheap motel level. Never ever coming back to this hotel and I don’t really recommend to stay here

They let us check-In early, which was great, however, the person who checked us in basically gave us our keys and no other information. We didn’t know about breakfast, nor were we given the small paper insert with the Wi-Fi code. We found out about it thru my sister-in-law who was also staying at the hotel. Other than this, the room was very tidy and the hotel overall was clean and well kept. All staff we encountered was friendly. We took the shuttle to the airport, it was on time, and the driver was super friendly and helpful with our luggage.
