We stayed for 2 nights.... our toilet was slow and seemed clogged on our first night We promptly reported it to front desk but they said they'll address it in the morning so that was stressful not being able to use the toilet in our room for the night.

My father and I have stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years. It is extremely convenient to get to this hotel via subway from O'Hare Airport. Most of what you need to see in Chicago is within walking distance of this hotel. I will be back!

Incredible location. Right off the blue line and a short distance from the red line. Short walk to Millennium Park and the river walk. Literally next door to a live performance theater. Staff are over the top friendly and helpful. On the negative side: bed was a bit soft for my liking; the elevators are small and often crowded and therefore slow; breakfast has extremely limited options for vegans. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again (but would not count on getting a nutritious breakfast given my vegan lifestyle).

Good location & breakfast but...

All things were good except for delayed elevator arrival had to climb down from 11th floor down to ground after waiting for elevator almost 10 - 15 mins. The faucet in bathroom was incorrectly placed that the water from the spout would spill on the counter top and make a huge puddle. Lastly the toilet didn't flush and had to call front desk to get a plunger. Oh yeah when it rains the TV's don't work.
