The stay at Hilton Oak Lawn was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The Shuttle Service was fantastic, friendly, understanding, and accommodating; always going that extra mile. Special mention to Shuttle Driver James. The entire experience. I enjoyed the daily text messages to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I will recommend Oak Lawn Hilton to anyone interested in listening. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The price listed was not the price that I paid when I got to the hotel. So I would’ve appreciated a disclaimer to a certain degree. However, the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the sinks in the room had a drainage issue. Instead of the water draining right out, the water would rise as if a stopper was in the sink. Also, sometimes the water that drained out we can drain out and it would rise back up, bringing whatever nasty residue that was in the drain into the sink. Other than that, I would potentially consider staying here again on my next visit to the Chicagoland area.

My stay at this Hilton was average. My room was clean, but every so often, you can hear water leaking behind the bathroom wall. Advised the service counter, but she didnt seemed to be too concerned about it. And no one while i was there didnt come to the room to investigate. And service in the restaurant was almost none existant.
