The staff was courteous! I believe believe because I booked through Expedia my room was street side of the hotel, VERY noisy. I received a call from the hotel asking how my stay was going. I let them know I was not happy about the level of noise. I was able to move to the other side of the hotel. However, when checking out the hotel billed me for a much high room rate. Once I offered to provide my confirmation the Agent said she had the information showing the correct rate and I would receive a refund.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and staff were all friendly. There wasn't any free coffee station in the lobby bc they only have a coffee shop where you have to pay for it, that's the only downside. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel has a convenient location near the airport and the staff were friendly. My room was comfortable and fairly clean, though a bit dated. Amenities like the pool and gym are decent but could be better maintained. Parking and breakfast cost extra, which lowers the value. Overall, a good place for a short stay, but not a luxury experience.

Typical stop on othe Southside. Desk help was great, as it always is. Room was clean. It's an old property, so it is showing some age. Bathroom is a little tight, but there is a separate sink area. HVAC unit is old and a little noisy, muffled by an old cap stand that does not allow the drapes to close correctly. Minor issues, but does not allow for 5 stars.
