Air mattress for 1 extra guest. Available as separate rental, is a 2nd floor bedroom for 2 extra guests or a coach house which sleeps 2.

Charming Lakeshore Gem

We loved our stay in this gem nestled in Evanston’s Lakeshore District. We stayed in the three-bedroom unit on the top floor—with ample space to spread out and relax, take walks, and head down to the beach. Janet was super-responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
