Everything was excellent until check-out. I departed at 04:35 and there was nobody available at the front desk to check me out and provide a receipt. I called out loud to get someones attention but there was nobody in the vici ity of the front desk to hear me.

Stay overall was good. Check in and check out was easy. “ breakfast” was a terrible joke. Packaged unhealthy processed sugar. Easily accessible fresh coffee/tea and water, would be a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, except we couldn’t turn off the AC in the room so had to cover it with the curtain so we didn’t freeze to death. Also, there is a very strong and unpleasant sewer smell outside your front doors. Might check into a gas leak or wherever your sewer systems /kitchen trash is seeping or leading into. Was awful to smell while waiting for our Uber ride. It was a convenient place to stay close enough to Midway airport and everywhere else we needed to be to visit family and friends. Thank you.
