Had a couple problems throughout my stay, Heidi handled it professionally and I wouldn’t stay here again if not for her correcting the issue. People like her hold a company together, make sure you appreciate employees like that.

Yes parking is across the street, underground, and costs $60/night. You honestly don't need a car in downtown but if you do bring one be aware. Hotel staff was nice overall. The bed was comfy. My only two icks considering the price was the shower was lukewarm at best and I felt the towels had stains. Minor issues considering the good location and pool/gym/sauna. I guess I just thought the experience would be a little nicer since it was a boutique-esque hotel but that's just me being picky. I would consider staying here again (if it was cheaper)

For the price of the hotel our toilet didnt even work and the the person down stairs was rude when we reported it. We eventually did get it fixed but it was a bit of a hassle. Plus the wallpaper in the bathroom was falling apart. I just expected more for the price. The room view and hotel location was great though. The hotel lobby bar/restaurant was nice but you couldnt turn the bar tv to the game. That frustrated alot of poeple.

We didn’t know what to expect from a Holiday Inn in a tower and were pleasantly surprised. The building — hotel actually starts on the 15th floor — is like new and was very clean. The staff was universally friendly. The lobby floor has a grab-and-go food option available 24 hours and a nontraditional bar and restaurant with seating more like a hotel lobby than a restaurant. There’s a huge TV screen, but it doesn’t dominate the space. We checked out the pool but didn’t get a chance to swim. Other people’s kids seemed to love it, though. Our room was smallish but well-appointed with a quite-wondeful bed. Location on the river handy to all kinds of restaurants. Recommend if you want something downtown.

I thought it was odd that we could not get plates for our room to eat the deep dosh pizza that we had ordered for delivery the evening of 10/17. Then on 10/18 for breakfast they ran out of clean plates at the buffet and people had to wait about 10 minutes as the crowd grew. Front desk staff on level one was great though, as was the cleaning crew and security.

The room was okay although the bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Also, you need to take two elevators to your room, and the elevators are very slow and sometimes out of service. We never got breakfast because it was $26/person for a standard hotel breakfast. But a good location, safe, and convenient.
