The room was comfortable, the beds nice, the accessible shower was very useful and well made. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool and sauna were very nice and relaxing. The 15th floor is very beautiful. I appreciated the free business printing. We enjoyed the 24 hour store and this trip we did not try the restsurant or breakfast buffet however were tempted. I really liked how they would text to check in with us. I will definitely visit again when Im in town for school.

Rooms were very clean and updated The service was great and the bar and restaurant were also very good. The gym is less than desirable with limited weight lifting equipment and the single peloton bike was unable to be adjusted for seat height and handlebar height.

Nice building and lobby, but room reeked of smoke, stains on bedsheets/towels, walls as thin as paper (could hear every word of the ppl next door), and bright light that floods in from the hallway all night long. Staff was nice but probably wouldn’t return.

The room was very out dated! The covers to the air conditioner/heating untie were falling off. The bed sheets and pillowcases had noticeable stains on them with colors of red and brown! It seems as if the bed was just made and no linen replaced. There was a horrible smell of mildew in the hallways. The soap dispenser in the shower was as old and needed to be filled up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I addressed the matters the staff was very rude!

The check in was a bad experience. They could not find my reservation and apparently, they had given my room to another guest. The desk person made me feel like it was my fault and didn't even apologize. Also, every guest was getting. Piece of complimentary chocolate and they didn't give us ours.
