We were given a room with exposed and hidden mold. It's obvious the presence of mold is recognized. The plumbing in the shower was loose and defective. The water would come out cold or scalding hot, no in-between. We will not be staying here again.

Definitely not a boutique hotel

The hotel felt very old with a few updates to try and present itself as modern and “boutique”. Bar and check in staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly check-in staff, nice lobby, rooms are large but uncomfortably disjointed; furniture looked like it came from a Salvation Army bin; shower was weak; full bed! in a large room looked odd; found some bugs in the bed (not bed bugs); price was right...room wasn't.

Quite clean. This is my 3rd stay (proximity to elderly family), I have had visits where the smell of smoke lingered (whether recent or not, hard to tell, even though all the rooms are non-smoking, there did not appear to be anywhere for smoking guests to go, so I imagine not everyone obeys the rule). I did have an issue with a clogged sink one time, and a malfunctioning ac unit in another. That being said, any time I brought an issue to the attention of the front desk, the issue was pleasantly and quickly addressed. Love the staff, and will most likely stay there again

The room was very dirty and dark. The floors were sticky and dirty. The couch had horrible stains and that had to be covered with sheets. The shower had mold and was very small.

It was a decent place to stay for the price. All the rooms they have has a sofa with pull out bed which was pretty helpful with our big family. Staff was friendly. The hotel was close to shopping centers and restaurants. We did have some issues with our bathroom but they did fix it and gave us alternative solution.
