Our stay at Chicago O'Hare was very good. We had a good stay with a comfortable room and real helpful grounds staff members. Rey assisted us in checking in and was very friendly. We drove to Chicago and needed a place to park our car. There's ample parking available the hotel for a pric but, Rey was able to cut us a deal for the 5 day parking. We used the swimming pool at the hotel and it was really clean. The hotel was far cheaper than getting one near the loop and the hotel is right next to the Cumberland metro station which is an easy way to get downtown via the blue line. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly because the hotel was a bit older then usual with the HVAC system being the old school one. We were also expecting a room on the higher floors with a view of the pool but, we were given a room on the 1st floor. I would definitely visit again if I can.

The good news is there are no bedbugs. The staff are also incredibly friendly. The property needs some attention. The hinge on our door was detached, and no one had addressed it. The pool area needs a great deal of maintenance. The best part is the location.

It was an awesome stay! I walked into the hotel and I was starstruck with how beautiful it looked! The hospitality of the staff was great and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was also fun and I got to eat at the hotels restaurant. Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and ate the whole 11' dough wheel! Overall an amazing stay and was very nice for helping us recover from a festival.

The airport shuttle was very helpful. Checkin was smooth and easy. Good directions to our room. Nice atmosphere in the lobby area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the pool. Early airport shuttle starts at 3 am.

The hotel did not meet my expectations especially considering the price. I expected much better value for my money. The beds were very small for four people and definitely not suitable for four adult guests. The bathroom was extremely cramped making it impossible for two people to use it at the same time. The room was too small and for the price it didn’t even have a microwave….
