Wow is all that I can say! This is an amazing place and I highly recommend it. The views are amazing and the style of the place is fab. Comfortable and located right next to McCormick Place west and the Wintrust. The owner focused on making this a place like home with all the extra touches.

Beautiful views with extra touches of luxury

This property was well-appointed and comfortable. It was very nice to come back after a day of touring the city to relax, have everything we needed and a few extras, and enjoy the exraordinary view.If we need a place in Chicago near downtown again, I really hope this one will be available. The free parking at the building is definitely a plus and very convenient.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The views were incredible, and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. The apartment itself had all the tech and thoughtful touches you could want—everything was so well done. My teen boys loved it. The glass balcony was a cool feature, and the blackout shades were perfect for movie nights. Bonus: the pizza place next door was delicious. Highly recommend!

My two daughters and I booked a stay at the Skyline Serenity from June 24 – June 28, 2025. We were in town to see a concert and wanted a convenient place to stay. This apartment did not disappoint! The check-in process was straightforward, and it was amazing to have free parking. The garage has a lot of spaces and was easily accessible – and provided smooth access to the building itself.When we first arrived, we were blown away by…well, a lot of things. The apartment was spacious and accommodating, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a gorgeous living room and a full bath. The view from the main bedroom was breathtaking. Not only could you see the skyline of the city, but you could see Lake Michigan as well – we were even able to see the fireworks at Navy Pier! The building was great as well. The front desk was courteous, the elevators were fast and the residents were super friendly. The fact that the apartment has a washer/dryer set was a lifesaver! The view from the balcony of this apartment is stunning, especially at night. Even though it is on the side of the building that doesn’t directly face the city, you can still see that skyline and when it lights up in the evening.The check-out process was also uncomplicated and easy to follow, as well. Amanda, our host, was, without a doubt, incredible! She communicated quickly, answering any questions we had. Amanda seriously cares about her guests – my daughters and I would highly recommend staying at her place!

Beautiful space and views. We were not a fan of the thermostat being 65 no matter the setting and the shower head. But overall the balcony, TVs, and coffee bar made this place for us. We would honestly love to stay again if we ever had the chance.

Wonderful place next to the convention center

I will definitely choose this place for my next stay in Chicago. The place was decorated beautifully. The views were of the downtown skyline to the north and the city to the east. The building was clean and quiet. The interior was decorated in a wonderful modern style. If you want to feel like you are staying at a swanky penthouse, then this is the place for you.

Beautiful, clean, and convenient

Had a wonderful stay here while attending a convention at McCormick Place. Condo was clean, organized, and well maintained and stocked with everything you need. The views of downtown Chicago from all rooms were amazing! Lots of special touches that made our stay even better. Great communication from helpful host!

This apartment has almost everything you could hope for! From the shoe covers and socks by the front door, to a heated towel rack in the bathroom. The only thing missing is a soaking tub! If you’re looking for a fantastic view of the city with spacious accommodations, look no further! The host was more than accommodating and very quick to reply when I had questions

Penthouse experience

The views are stunning. Area and building are nice, if your into tech gadgets for home living you will enjoy some of the extras here. Check out procedure is lengthy for the price though. Also there’s a disclaimer saying not to let concierge know it’s a Vrbo rental. Homeowner was very communicative and easy to check in.

Spectacular view and well-appointed flat

The location is literally just across the street from McCormick place, and so very convenient for convention travel. 2-blocks to the Green Line, and so easy to get downtown. The flat itself not only boasts incredible views of the city and lake, but many extras. Amanda was a great host who really goes above-and-beyond to provide luxurious amenities.
