Absolutely wonderful stay! It was so comfortable, clean and quiet there. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had at any hotel. The guest services team was friendly and very helpful . Would definitely stay again.

Will definitely be back! Pool could have been cleaner but there was kids every time I went down that could have made the water gross but everything else was amazing the best hotel I’ve stayed in near Chicago. The staff in the morning cleaning up breakfast she barely spoke English but she was the nicest and got me a bagel at like 11:30 I really apprised it since we’ were in the hospital all night and didn’t make it up in time for breakfast. She didn’t know that thought. 5 stars!

It was nice til you noticed.

The room was nice friendly staff. One the of the reasons we booked here was for the pool. There were no pool towels the pool area was dirty with used towels everywhere. When my partnwr went into the pool he noticed a towel in the pool as he was going to grab it and take it out he noticed blood on it and the pool ladder and wall also had blood splattered on it. I didnt have my phone on hand to take pictures The other thing there was dog poop in the all over the parking and sidewalk. Bad pet owners.

20 mins fr airport. we stayed at a 2 bedroom suite and it is spacious.. the place needs renovation but for 1 night. it serves its purpose.

The front desk and kitchen staff were terrible from beginning to end. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. They initially gave me a room with broken furniture, so I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The next day was Presidents’ Day, and breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 AM, but the cook decided to shut it down at 9:00 AM, leaving several guests without breakfast. The room was poorly insulated, allowing cold air to enter through a crack in the AC unit. Lastly, we checked out 20 minutes after the official time, and they charged us for an extra night without informing us. The staff is not only rude and incompetent but also dishonest. I would never stay at this hotel branch again.
