The area offers easy access to public transportation and major roads, so getting downtown or around the city is straightforward. Nearby, you’ll find everyday essentials, local restaurants, grocery stores, and green space like West Lawn Park for a walk or some fresh air. It’s a comfortable, authentic Chicago neighborhood — ideal for guests who want convenience, value, and a relaxed stay away from the busy tourist core.



Getting Around:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
