Worst Hotel Ever

When I showed up at the hotel, it looked a little suspicious. When I walked into the hotel there was no AC on in the lobby. There is also no elevator if you have bags to go to the second floor. Once I check in and head to the room, I walk in and it look very dark and hot. I went to the restroom to check it out there was a used towel on the shower and the shower head had mold on it. I pulled back the covers and there was hair and brown stains on the sheets. I went to the front desk and ask the guy to come in and check the room. He said that he would remove the towel or get me another room. I asked for another room and it was also nasty. After I looked at that room I told the guy I wasn’t going to stay at the hotel and could he refund me the money I paid.

I didn't like the rooms but I have to stay here one more night and you didn't make my reservation so I can go downstairs and pay so I'm trying to understand what's going on with my reservation to stay 11 night and know the rooms were not safe they had connecting rooms I didn't ask for that
