The room was nice and clean.The water pressure in the room was not good at all.The sinks inside the room kept getting clogged, which they went down really slow. Other than that overall the stat was ok.

The staff was amazing! They were courteous, attentive, and did well with assisting myself and my family with all our needs. They were also friendly and informative. I really enjoyed my stay. Although I came for business, I was able to enjoy myself because of the amenities on site such as the rooftop experience and the restaurant on site. Just wanted to add a heartfelt thank you to the staff!!

The room I got didn't have a king size bed, the amenities were terrible. The TV was out of date unless you wanted to pay 20 dollars for movies from the 90s or Porn....The parking situation was absolutely terrible and I know it's Chicago but horrible and expensive.. Desk people were great but the hotel itself was terrible, the hallway on our floor smelled like burning electrical...

Not sure what VIP treatment was but the room was nice other than no light bulb in the doorway along with the switches not working. The staff was ok and the room was comfy.

This room was great! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the pull-out was awful. I use a motorized scooter to get around, and there was plenty of room to park it in our room to charge. The whole building was clean, and the area by the elevators smelled of vanilla! The hallway that led to the elevator for the restaurant and bar area had a different scent, but it smelled delightful. When we checked in, the front desk staff was kind and helpful. The only staff we had an issue with was the staff at the bar area. They wouldn't let me drive my scooter around and look at the area. They kept telling me I needed to sit at a table. No one was even up there! They kept following me around like I was some schmuck that wasn't paying to stay there. Otherwise, everyone else was very kind. We had a great stay here!
