Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out (if available):
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

Just finished a 3 night stay at this property and Tara the host was wonderful and easy to work with. The property was clean and had a Cubs Baseball theme. The location was perfect for enjoying the Christmas Pop ups and we were able to walk to everything. Parking was easy behind the building. Tara, the host checked in and even offered recommendations for coffee and breakfast. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

If you are a die hard Cubs fan like I am, this is the place for you. My two adult sons and I stayed here for the Wild Card series and it was the best place EVER! Even my sons complimented me on the pick of this place and that made me happy! The place is very clean and there is a keurig with k-cup options. The place is very clean and the cubs decor is perfect. The top level is rooftop seating for cubs games so there is potential for some foot traffic. The laundry room is in the basement of the building and shared with the roof top bar. I didn’t need to use the laundry room, but it is worth mentioning that it is not in the unit. The vibe is absolutely worth it. You are less than a home plate to first base walk to the entry gates of Wrigley Field. Gallagher way is right there and tons of spots for beers, souvenirs and food. Our front patio was amazing for people watching and you get the chance to see the players come and go since the player parking is right across the street. It would be hard to beat this place if you are a fan.

We stayed here for a week during our trip to Chicago and had a great experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and made for an enjoyable stay in the city. It's conveniently located near a metro station - so close, in fact, that even my 90-year-old in-laws were able to walk there daily without any trouble.The house was well-stocked with amenities, and we found we didn’t need much else during our stay. One night there was a concert at Wrigley Field, and while it did get quite loud (with the vibrations even noticeable inside the house), it didn't take away from our overall experience. However, it is something to be aware of if there’s an event happening during your visit.There’s also a fire station next door, and while it is active throughout the day, most of what we observed seemed like routine practice runs. The trucks only use their sirens briefly and typically not until after they are already down the street. Coming from a quiet rural area, we were surprised at how little it actually disturbed us.The neighborhood has several great restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the included parking spot was a big plus. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t move it all week, thanks to the excellent public transit (CTA), which made getting around the city easy.We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago, and would happily stay here again on a future trip.

Perfect trip thanks to this perfect property! Visiting from out of town with my sons and decided to make this a YOLO kind of trip. I searched extensively to find the absolute best place to stay, and I'm happy to say that I believe I found it in this home. The closest property to a Wrigley entrance, great decor, great communication. Exactly as advertised and then some. Highly highly recommend a stay at Wrigley View!

Cubs vs Red Sox

It is very difficult to summarize our stay. It was so exciting watching the Cubs roll in before the games. The dogs dragging their humans to get that treat from the fireman was so cute. The excitement after the Cubs win that filled the streets was unbelievable! We will definitely be back with our son. I would bring my dog too if she were aloud.

Amazing place!

We came into Chicago for two Cub games and stayed here for two nights. This place is AMAZING! Super clean and stocked with just about anything you need. We were very impressed! The host was quick to answer any questions and very helpful! The location would be hard to beat. Literally just steps to Wrigley Field. The balcony is perfect for people watching before and after the game. You can even see the players arrive and leave. We have decided that the next time we come in for a game it will be planned around the availability of this place!

Best Place in Wrigleyville!

This is the best place we have ever stayed in Wrigleyville! The host was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. She provided detailed instructions which were helpful, so we were able to enjoy our time from the minute our vacation started. The property had all the necessities needed for a longer stay. Having a washer and dryer was a HUGE bonus! The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The patio was the BEST place to people watch and enjoy the sounds of Wrigley! And the decor was unbelievable and so detailed...we feel like we found a new home away from home in Wrigleyville!

Awesome spot!

What a great place in a great location. Came in for a couple of Cubs games. It’s great to be right across the street from the Wrigley gates. We chatted with the crowds from the front patio before the games. The Wrigleyville area is spectacular. The only criticism of the unit is that the shower heads need to be replaced as they don’t give a good spray. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great Stay Near Wrigley Field
