Here at Sea Esta not only are you right on the sunniest coastline but only a short drive from Chichester, Goodwood along with our other lovely beaches Bracklesham Bay & Wittering Beach.

This gorgeous one-bedroom property is the perfect base to see what the area has to offer.

On the ground floor there is a large king size bedroom with direct access to the patio area with comfortable seating overlooking the sea. A great spot to people watch! There is also a smart TV in the bedroom, to relax in the bed just a little bit longer!
The view from the first floor will take your breath away! With views over looking the sea, you can sit on your very own balcony to enjoy a crisp glass of wine.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to ensure you feel comfortable throughout your stay, there is a kettle, cafetiere, fridge and compartment freezer, cooker/hob, microwave and toaster.

There is also a shower over the bath to allow you to relax after a day at the beach.

The open plan living area is a perfect area to wind down with the family playing board games or watching the smart TV together. With your foldaway dining table and chairs this property allows you to have lots of room to feel at home. There is a sofa bed at the property, please do let us know before your stay if you require this.

This beach side property has its own parking right outside the property and a patio garden equipped with chairs to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing.

Selsey beach is right on your doorstep with beautiful walks to the local village or to the peaceful pub next door. Whilst walking along the beach you can find the perfect fishing spots, which the village is renowned for. In Selsey you can find its own golf course within driving distance of the property and is also within driving distance of the courses at Chichester and Goodwood. Goodwood is known for its horse racing and the Revival Meeting with the Festival of Speed whilst Chichester has a world famous Festival Theatre.

This beachy location is known for having some of the best weather in U.K which comes with picturesque skies and is a perfect location for a quiet break away or an active holidays full of all the local walks.
