Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay.

Clean hotel, nice staff, great pool and breakfast!

The hotel was nice for my kid and I. Nothing luxurious, just a clean, casual, nice place to stay. Staff was sweet, check-in cookies were great, pool and hot tub were clean (we went swimming both days of our stay), and lots of vending machines were available on our floor. Bring cash because my card wasn’t working on one of the machines! Also the morning breakfast was good. We enjoyed making the fresh waffles! The hotel is not in an ideal location…we couldn’t really walk anywhere. It’s tucked behind a closed-down K-mart. But driving is easy in Chico, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

My child found a lighter in my room. I don't use lighters, so that made me think the room wasn't clean. There wasn't enough food left at breakfast. I had to go out to eat breakfast. The pool and hot tub are under the tree, and they are full of leaves and pollen. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.
